Vasu International Payment Solutions Inc. is a Philippines based corporation (SEC Company Registration Number: 2020120004401-12), deemed a Non-Bank Financial Institution (“NBFI”) and is the holder of an Operator of Payment System (“OPS”) registration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) – OPS Registration No. OPSCOR-2022-0006. As an OPS it provides clearing or settlement services in a payment system as it, (a) maintains the platform that enables payments or fund transfers, regardless of whether the source and destination of accounts are maintained within the same or different institutions; (b) operates the systems or network that enables payments or fund transfers to be made through the use of payment instrument; (c) provides a system that processes payments on behalf of any person or the government; and, (d) performs such other similar activities, as may be determined by the Monetary Board. Vasu International Payment Solutions Inc. is incorporated in Wyoming under the Secretary of State Registration in accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Business Corporation Act, (W.S. 17-16-101 through 17-16-1804).
